At Concentrix, we are proud to share significant landmarks in our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) journey reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. Recently, our near-term climate targets have been revalidated in alignment with the latest SBTi criteria and a Silver rating from EcoVadis for our continued progress in ESG performance has been maintained.
SBTi Near-Term Target Validation
On June 24, 2025, the SBTi (Science Based Targets Initiative) revalidated our ambitious goals to cut absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 46.2% by fiscal year 2030, using a 2019 baseline following the most recent SBTI Near-Term Criteria (Version 5.2). Additionally, we are committed to a similar reduction in our Scope 3 emissions, aligning our targets with the latest scientific insights aimed at limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels. This re-validation reflects the recent consolidation and the alignment of our GHG and fiscal reporting years, ensuring a single reference point for future integrated reporting.
EcoVadis Silver Score Recognition
Our dedication to sustainable practices has been recognized by EcoVadis, which awarded Concentrix a Silver score in 2025, marking a six-point increase in our overall score. This notable achievement reflects our continuous improvement in environmentally conscious operations, social responsibility, and ethical governance. The scoring enhances our reputation as a trusted partner, demonstrating our commitment to creating meaningful change across our communities and beyond.
Commitment to Sustainability
Our sustainability strategy encompasses several initiatives aimed at reducing our carbon footprint, integrating renewable energy, and enhancing biodiversity. Noteworthy progress includes transitioning sites in at least eight countries to 100% renewable energy, which has helped us avoid nearly 9,000 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
Additionally, our focus on waste management includes eliminating single-use plastics and improving recycling processes in our facilities. We are also striving to plant and restore 2 million trees by 2030, a commitment that resonates with our goal of enriching the ecosystems where we operate.
Looking Ahead
As we forge ahead, we remain committed to transparency and regular reporting on our sustainability progress. With a robust framework in place, we continue to evaluate our initiatives against updated ESG criteria, ensuring that our practices not only align with global standards but also drive sustainable growth.
