From July 21-25, 2025, Concentrix embraced its annual ESG Week, transforming our commitment to environmental, social, and governance initiatives into a vibrant celebration of action, impact, and a shared vision for a sustainable future. This year’s theme, “One Action. One Impact. One Future,” resonated throughout the week as Game-changers worldwide participated in various events that highlighted our progress and set the stage for continued growth towards our 2030 ESG goals and beyond!
A Week of Engagement and Inspiration
Open to staff, clients and suppliers, the week kicked off with 16 insightful global webinars attracting over 4.1k+unique participants, across 70+ countries. These dynamic sessions were designed to inform, involve, and inspire everyone, showcasing our most recent ESG progress and advancements. Keynote speakers, including Concentrix CEO and President Chris Caldwell and ESG Champions from across the business, shared their insights into the future of corporate responsibility and the significant role Concentrix plays in this global movement.
The week also celebrated the launch of Project Change 2025, an exciting opportunity for game-changers to propose innovative projects ideas aligned with our ESG goals. The program invites passionate individuals to bring their projects to life with the help of mentorship and an Impact Accelerator course, perfect resources for making a tangible impact.
Practical Action in Our Communities
Alongside the global webinars, local teams organized community activities hitting our target of 10,000 volunteering hours throughout the week. The response was enthusiastic as teams engaged in meaningful local initiatives that reflected Concentrix’s commitment of giving back and empowering communities. From community clean-ups to educational workshops, game-changers mobilized to support causes that matter, reinforcing the belief that each individual can contribute to change.
Highlighting Inclusion and Belonging
A significant aspect of this year’s ESG Week was the emphasis on Inclusion & Belonging, featuring tailored webinars led by our Game-Changer Resource Groups (GRGs). These sessions explored how we can build a more inclusive workplace, allowing diverse perspectives to thrive within our corporate culture. Notably, our GRG membership saw an increase of 10%, adding 430 new members dedicated to fostering a sense of community and belonging at Concentrix.
